Pricing

We quote each organization individually, because distributors vary enormously in shape. Tell us about your business and we will put a monthly price in writing.

Any introductory or promotional terms, where we offer them, are stated in that written quote before you commit.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.

Accepting card or ACH payments from your own customers through Clariva is optional and set up separately. Those processing fees are set by the payment processor you contract with, and are not part of your Clariva subscription. Any Clariva platform fee is disclosed to you in the application before you turn payments on.

Quoted prices exclude any applicable sales or use tax. Where we are required to collect it, it is shown separately on your invoice.
